Great service

I have tried other online record distributers only to find after ordering the record is not available and can take some time for the refund. Not so with Discrepancy records as have a large product range and have not been disappointed due to unavailability.

I ordered this album twice on two separate orders and noticed my error(to enthusiastic to get vinyl)and send and email to Discrepancy Records. Caity's response was very quick and she ask me if I wanted a refund or credit to my account. I went for the latter as I know I would order more from them and the credit was in my account within half an hour. Great service and no problems at all dealing with them in these cases. Thanks Discrepancy Record. Wish they would open a shop on the West Coast.

The pricing is really competitive and service is fantastic, especially if I've had an inquiry - the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Sent In By: Mick on 18 January 2024We scrambled to buy Gorillaz Demon Days for my daughter for Xmas. We ordered very late, but it still arrived before Xmas. We were so excited to hear it on her new record player Xmas morning, but when we played Feel Good Inc, the song skipped. We were devastated so I sent an email in anticipation of the team at Discrepancy responding when they returned from the Xmas break. Caity politely walked me through some things to try, including the final step of adding a small piece of blutac to add weight to the arm of our cheap, entry level record player. Caity answered all my questions, no matter how basic they were, and provided a wealth of knowledge and information to us as new comers to the vinyl scene. Rather than just give me some YouTube links, Caity helped me understand so much more about records and record players. Thank you!!

Total cost was AUD 126 rather than ordering from the US which would have cost an extra $ 40 based on exchange rate. Will definitely be ordering more AP records from you
