I have Kerplunk, International Superhits and this
By: Leslie Cowles on 3 December 2024First things first. I bought this as soon as I saw it on pre-order, having said for many years I would by any anniversary set of this album that had at least all the songs from the era and a live rendition of the album as a whole. So far, so good, it's got that, plus demos and more live stuff. BUT and it's a bigger but than Sir Mix Lot could handle, the sound and physical quality of the discs is all over the place. I would have expected a consistent set of levels across the four CDs, but they're wildly different, seemingly prepared at different times by different people, without a view to being a single set. And the B-side and extras disc plays worse and worse until my player packs it in, and does so in my car player as well. Most surprising for a German made set. And last but not least, while the album itself sounds good and is quieter and less brickwalled than many an album from 2004, I understand there was an excellent remaster in 2012 and I would have expected it to be the one used here. It would make every disc a potential revelation, not just 3/4. All round a missed opportunity to truly do full justice to a modern classic.

American Idiot
By: Layton on 16 July 2024Love Discrepancy Records, they’re always my first go to when searching or browsing, never had an issue of any sort & I trust them.. If I was in Melbourne I’d love to walk thru their doors but I’m not so online & mailing it is & like I said I’ve never had a problem, always quick mail times, always safely packaged. Always very happy. On a side note I wonder if Green Day will remix & rerelease American Idiot soon….

Keith Urban-Flow State @ Tears for Fears-Songs fro
Sent In By: Debra on 21 August 2026I was very happy with my purchases both albums are great. I love Keith's album as he has recorded some old songs which are great and the new as well. Tears for Fears it was a great album which I did not have so decided to buy this as well. The people at discrepancy were very helpful as I had order one and the added the other and they were very accommodating. I have bought vinyl from them before and always been happy with my purchases.

Sent In By: Louise on 22 July 2026I have been purchasing records from Discrepancy for ages and they always arrive well boxed, in excellent condition, with extra plastic covers. The communication with the organisation's customer service is exemplary - always honest, always timely and always helpful. I would not purchase from anywhere else.
