- we have recently added additional information to your account page including an estimation of when your order will be processed and dispatched
- if your order contains multiple items which we source from different suppliers the longer of all expected delivery (to us) and processing/dispatch (to you) times will apply
- if your order contains pre-order titles please note; pre-order release dates may differ from dates advised and published for a variety of reasons, we source stock worldwide and the release date in other countries may be different from that in Australia (generally we will state the expected day for pre-order titles to arrive on the product page on our web site, and this may differ from the release date)
