TOO MUCH WINE, NOT ENOUGH AMY
By: Allan on 4 August 2021That opening single, "Rehab" is such a strong opening to Amy Winehouse's second album. It is also Amy in a nutshell: sassy, seductive, great voice, dark themes. The whole of "Back to black" is like that, and shows the singer's fabulous voice and versatility. With soul influences, some jazz touches, and a great line in confessional ballads, it is a modern classic in the female vocalist category. Such a shame that we didn't get to see how she might develop.

Customer Service
Sent In By: Peter Sheffield on 6 February 2025I recently took delivery of the UK band Camel's massive box set "Air Born" This set was a bit pricey initially, but with Discrepancy's recent sale, I managed to get one at a much more acceptable price. The customer service was excellent. Always advised me on the status of my order. The packaging was perfect and the box-set was received in mint condition. Recommend Discrepancy Records without hesitation.
Great Product with Great Service
Sent In By: Steve on 5 February 2025In finding and purchasing a particular record, the team at Discrepancy offered a newer item that was readily available however I was able to change my original choice to an earlier pressing in near mint condition that was even better and couldn't be happier with my purchase!
