EXTREME

Extreme is a rock band formed in Boston, Massachusetts in 1985. The band members include Gary Cherone on vocals, Nuno Bettencourt on guitar, Pat Badger on bass, and Kevin Figueiredo on drums. The band's music is a unique blend of hard rock, funk, and pop, and they have been credited with influencing the nu-metal and alternative rock genres.

Extreme rose to fame in the late 1980s with their self-titled debut album, which included the hits "Kid Ego" and "Little Girls." However, it was their second album, "Pornograffitti," that catapulted them to international stardom. The album included the hits "More Than Words" and "Hole Hearted," which were both chart-topping ballads that showcased the band's softer side.

Throughout the 1990s, Extreme continued to release critically acclaimed albums, including "III Sides to Every Story" and "Waiting for the Punchline." They also became known for their electrifying live performances, which often included Bettencourt's impressive guitar solos and Cherone's dynamic stage presence.

After a hiatus in the early 2000s, Extreme reunited in 2008 and have since released several albums, including "Saudades de Rock" and "Pornograffitti Live 25."
