Tears For Fears

Roland Orzabal and Curt Smith met while at school and played in various bands before forming Tears For Fears in 1981. Their debut album, The Hurting, was well received but band went supernova with their second LP, the chart-topping Songs From The Big Chair, whose singles, “Shout” and “Everybody Wants To Rule The World” were massive across the globe. Some years passed before The Seeds Of Love came out, an album which moved away from the synth-pop sound of the earlier records by embracing Beatlesque harmonies and Magical Mystery Tour production.

Much to the delight of fans, the duo released their seventh studio album in 2022, the critically acclaimed The Tipping Point.
