Coldwave

Coldwave is said to have originated in the late 1970s and was first used on 26 November 1977 on an issue of UK weekly music paper called Sounds. The front cover had a caption showing Kraftwerk's Ralf Hütter and Florian Schneider as "New musick: The cold wave".

The sound is often described as old electronic music instruments and a minimalist style.

If you like a simplistic style of music then Coldwave is for you!
