All in stock orders are despatched within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

All orders are sent tracked within Australia and receipt is usually within 2 to 3 working days for Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane metro locations

We use custom designed vinyl LP and 7" mailers to protect your order.

This is how we pack your LPs:

- all LPs, whether sealed or not, are placed in a high quality plastic sleeve.  This helps protect the LP in transit and you can use this to store your LP 

- we then include your tax invoice or order (if you're from overseas) and a thank you card - we include the card as it has our contact details on so should there be any problem you can easily get in touch with us

- we then pack your LP in our custom designed high density card mailers.  These mailers not only hold your LP tight preventing it from moving during transit and getting damaged but also have very rigid corners preventing dings that often occur with cheaper packaging

- we have now despatched close to 35,000 LPs using these mailers.  Out of all of these only a handful have been received damaged, on each occasion we replaced the LP with no subsequent problem

We have custom designed 7" mailers and send all box sets in appropriate packaging.

We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours and will resolve ANY issue you may have to your satisfaction

Returns, for any reason, are at our expense, within Australia we will provide you with a reply-paid returns label.  We have offices in the US and UK where overseas customers can return their orders if needed

We can special order any records not currently in our range, this includes out of print and hard to find LPs.
