The site is easy to navigate, their selection is excellent, and their customer service, even online, is what keeps me coming back. I can't recommend Discrepancy Records highly enough! Their customer service is what really sets them apart from other record stores. I had emailed them a few weeks back asking about a specific record preorder that hadn’t been announced yet. They replied promptly, letting me know they hadn’t heard anything official at that point and sent me a link to the band page and told me to keep an eye out and I thought that would be it; but what truly impressed me was what weeks later, once the preorder was officially announced, they remembered our conversation and followed up with an email to let me know it was now available. That kind of personal touch and attention to detail is rare these days and shows how much they care about their customers.

I was very excited to finally get some rare second-hand vinyl records I had wanted for many years and their condition was perfect. This has never been the case with Discrepancy Records. Their fulfillment is as if they are treating this order as their own. Amazingly great job, every single time, in properly packing an order for shipment. Shipping is expedient, and cost for shipping is extremely reasonable.

I have been patiently waiting of this to be realest as the Original Tubular Bells is my most favorite Album of all time. Fastest post ever received, posted Friday 30th 5. Received Today Monday 2nd 6. Am a big Mike Oldfield fan and have collected many variants of the Original Tubular Bells on L.p. Record and Mike Oldfield's Tubular Bells 2003 on vinyl is the icing on the cake for me. Best thing with this store is you could add album to a wish list and this gives store an idea of interest in that particular record and they try their best to order enough. No other record store could say if they would be getting in any or not but I was lucky enough to order online as soon as record store day was over. Record arrived quickly and packaged great. Thanks again for another great purchase
