On my first order, like a dufus, chose a record I'd forgotten I already had! Just sent an email to the very friendly & helpful Caity & she had it all sorted - that record swapped out for one I didn't already have. :)I reckon if I'd ordered via JBs etc, I would've had to wait for the record & then arrange to take/post it back for an exchange. Caity was so helpful & polite & always quick to respond to my emails. The records were received well packaged & very promptly. I found Discrepancy's pricing to be on par, if not better, than the bigger stores & their selection of music is vast but easy to find what you're after. Will definitely be shopping here again!

Shipping was fast, bought Imagine Dragons - Loom (Exclusive Curacao Blue Vinyl) was shipped the same day I paid for it and got it the day after. They ship with care and also give you vinyl sleeves for each vinyl that you buy to keep them protected at all times. Absolutely amazing store and will continue buying from here moving forward. Absolutely love this store!

The customer service was excellent. Always advised me on the status of my order. The packaging was perfect and the box-set was received in mint condition. Recommend Discrepancy Records without hesitation.

That’s why I can say with confidence there is NO ONE else quite like Discrepancy.
