I love knowing Discrepancy Records are there. When you think all hope is lost, that the album you desperately need seems permanently out of reach, Discrepancy Records manage to be able to not only have that sought after treasure, but ensure it arrives in the mail safely and quickly every single time. They bring joy to my world and the world. Long live independent record stores, the lifeblood of any civilised society.

My first Discrepancy experience - Brian Jonestown

As a first time buyer I picked a copy of Brian Jonestown Massacre's latest LP - at a price which was much lower than my usual store. The record arrived quickly, and sounded great...except there was a manufacturing defect (a small dent) in the record which caused it to go into a loop on one of the tracks. I was unsure of what Discrepancy's after sales service would be like, but am delighted to report that they were exceptionally good! My issue was handled super effectively (thanks Caity) and the issue quickly resolved to my complete satisfaction. I can heartily recommend Discrepancy to other vinyl lovers, and I will definitely be buying in future from them. Thanks!!!

Customer service second to none. Had a record purchased a year ago that had scratches on the vinyl - opened and yet unplayed. They sent me a replacement, no questions, no delivery fees. Their delivery is also fast and perfectly packaged. Also super responsive and courteous in replying to online queries. And have the best range of vinyl in Australia. They are the best record store in the country!
